Just have this really bad feeling that the purging of government payroll is going to result in a mass hiring of people into those new openings where the one requirement will be loyalty to Trump, the party or the ideals (or all of the above). Then this evil and incompetence will be institutionalized

So Trump offers severance to 2 million government workers. Could it be that it’s not to reduce the workforce, but rather to create openings for MAGA loyalists? I have a hard time believing this is just a RIF, but rather a way to pack the government with loyalists more quickly.

John Ritter was brilliant in Bad Santa. So was Bernie Mac. Not a bad performance in this show and it is still funny to this day, and I do know not all of it is appropriate these days, but at it’s core, this is a good movie.
