STORYTIME: I tell this on our upcoming episode, but it's so...coincidental, I need to tell it again here. I read GREEN LANTERN CORPS #1 the day it came out 2/12. I did not immediately recognize the Lantern w/ John & Sinestro on the Tamaran mission. In fact, in DM's with Mark I called her a ROOKIE.

A unexpected buy this past weekend! ‘Tales of the GLC Annual’ #2 - though I already have it, having another copy of “Tygers” (the story that inspired ‘Blackest Night’) isn’t a bad thing! ‘Tales of the GLC Annual’ #3 - I was missing this one! But the story that introduced Rot Lop Fan is in this!

I’ve had four of these for YEARS. Don’t get me wrong, they’re cool. But they’re plastic & EASILY damaged/scratched. Today as I clean house, I reflect on March 2020. I had finally decided to take a vacation for myself for the first time. I had a downtown hotel in Seattle, near the convention center, & four day passes to @emeraldcitycon.bsky.social. Then a global pandemic shut the world down right on time.
