Remember to take care of yourself! You can always try - Self care (i.e. doing your favorite things, eat good food, go for a run, do skin care) - Sleep early - Eat proper meals - Hydrate lots! Sometimes it's not easy but all battles are temporary. Little things like these can improve the outcome!
