This is what we need to be looking at and I wonder if it is the reason I seem to fatigue so quickly when I'm really exerting myself playing roller derby. It's like I cannot catch my breath despite inhalers. It is feeling like I'm at a disadvantage to other women I play with.

What a beautiful ankle. Not. 😭 The risk of roller derby is real. I'm a complete idiot for thinking a week's rest after spraining it last week was enough before trying to play again. Lesson learnt!
