Creative project I started this morning: painting over a bunch of previously written on pages in a perfectly good notebook I abandoned due to my most recent layoff (it had work notes) so I can repurpose it for personal journaling.

Do any other artists/journalers hit a point in a sketchbook or notebook where it’s going so well that you keep flipping through loads of completed pages, happy that whatever you decided to try in it is actually working and then it’s almost 1am?
