Taking a look at the other place, anyone else just snorting at the fake surveys he’s posting? They’re always a graphic of “final results”, highly improbable results too, even for that population. Similar to “isn’t elon fantastic? 85% yes, 15% no 😂 Is he just pretending to be five years old?

~2012 new regs protected PII used in gov agencies. Eg. if you failed to protect ssn data while processing Medicaid, you’d lose SSA access and be basically shut down. My agency spent years and millions of $ to upgrade security HW, SW, and processes to comply. But sure, buncha tech bros, have at it!

I worked years in social services IT. We spent an incredible amount of time and effort to protect PII of clients, and they put up with all the processes to keep their PII private too. It was a necessary PITA. But we’re ok with an unelected ego-tripping billionaire waltzing away with all that info? 😡

tfw someone you follow posts divisive jargon, tacked on, irrelevant to the point. It’s hard to hear “boomer” spit out from people whose posts are otherwise thoughtful and worthy. Make the point about the action or the intent, don’t hurtfully label and generalize by age. You’re better than that
