I just made myself a cup of hot cocoa from scratch, using milk, baking cocoa, a smidgen of darker cocoa for flavor and richness, sweetener, a bit of vanilla paste, and a big ol' dollop of Cool Whip for body and extra yumminess. And yeah, that *works*.
