Americans with PMDD, They put me on YAZ, one of the only birth controls approved to treat PMDD. I haven't even taken a month's worth and I am shit at taking it but my PMDD has gone from a 10 to a 2. So I just cry uncontrollably now 😌 obv. results may vary. Also see: famotidine (pepcid) and PMDD

Ruby is a Harness Houdini. She is small and slippery. I've yet to find one she can't escape from. She slithers out of them. It's not safe to use her collar as an attachment point. please someone recommend a solution? #dogs
