More opportunities should be given to those who work hard yet don’t have any form of a degree, aren’t in school, switching careers, etc. It sucks that official job boards dont recognize anyone who isn’t a student and it really doesn’t help how competitive the animation job market is

So, I just went down a Lance Eliot rabbit hole. HES NOT REAL. It's an AI. No one of that name exists in real life. There are Reddit threads dedicated to deep dives on him that show he is an AI. Someone needs to expose @forbes.com for this total scam. Pre 2018, Lance Eliot does not exist.
