Even if you believe, incorrectly I might add, that it's just easier to do it yourself, as a leader that's not your job. It's to raise others up to contribute to the team.

On a semi non-political topic, I am re-reading Fridays with Red by Bob Edwards and reflecting on Edward's career. I still maintain that one of the dumbest moves NPR ever made was to remove Edwards as host of Morning Edition.
