I really enjoyed the #hybrid Global Tax Symposium 2025, hosted by the University of Münster! In the last session, chaired by Ana Paula Dourado, Siddhesh Rao presented a co-authored paper on the attorney-client #privilege in #tax & Marco Greggi & I were discussants. Here's a screenshot of our panel!

Thrilled to see the review by Dr. Fatima Chaouche of my recent article "The Untold Tale of a #TaxRulings Haven"! The review, “Les rulings luxembourgeois vus d’Amérique" (Lux rulings seen from America), is in Cahiers de Fiscalité luxembourgeoise et européenne larcier-intersentia.com/fr/cahiers-f....

Half baked attempt at a tax professor starter pack. Tons of ppl missing but I can fix it later when I have willpower go.bsky.app/U5hFSU2

There’s a lot of great Covid related starter packs out there - but here’s one more! We’re seeing unprecedented growth here at the friendly skies - and I want to help connect as many people as possible. Looking for clean air, covid cautious mask advocates to join the pack! go.bsky.app/ALai9U

My latest article, "The Untold Tale of a Tax Rulings Haven" has just been published! This is part 2 of my 2-part project on #TaxRulings. Huge thanks to everyone who helped make it happen!
