🔴Jeremy Clarkson, James Dyson and Junk Stats: Is This the Best the Anti-Inheritance Tax Farming Lobby Has to Offer? How millionaire landowners are using dubious statistics to campaign against the Government’s inheritance tax reforms bylinetimes.com/2024/11/19/j...

Fuhrage really seems to be into cosplay watching his dressing up as a farmer today

Please spare a thought for James Dyson, the Brexit-voting billionaire who bought up 33,000 acres of farmland to avoid tax then moved his business to Singapore. He's the real victim here.

Notable that some of the leading online voices among the 'No Farmers No Food' lot are big 'twitter' and sm names that have pivoted from the anti-15-minute city, anti-vax and anti-lockdown movements to farming. I see too that a lot of the Spiked/RCP tendency are involved.

Sorry. But this right wing media howling about landowners and employers having to pay a bit more tax is tiresome. Where was your analysis and anguish over the impact of Brexit on… trade farming travel fishing businesses education the arts science healthcare the costs and losses for *all* of us…?

Carla Denyer, "People are worried about what president elect Trump means for the world" "We need to really think carefully about where our values overlap" "I think it's a time to build stronger relationships with Europe" Well said @carladenyer.bsky.social 👏

Honestly I’d rather chew on gravel sat in a piss-filled puddle than eat at that table. It’s like the painting where dogs are playing pool, but instead of pool it’s McDonalds and instead of dogs it’s imbeciles

I'm trying out this place now
