Let me be clear. S33 is a bullshit clause that was only included in the CA1982 to appease a few of the Premieres. It has been abused numerous time and should not be in there. But it is. The SCC arbitrarily limiting The Charter is not the right way to get rid of it and sets a bad precedent.
