@martinlewis.moneysavingexpert.com Paid a courier co., let's call them Every, a fee to collect some return items. They haven't collected the parcel (2 weeks & counting). Getting nowhere with their multiple customer service bots, or the CEO. Can I sue them for taking money under false pretenses?

We've done Secret Santa with a Twist in the office this year. Instead of buying £5's worth of tat, we donated £5 to a charity we think our recipient would support. Even wrong, it's more envro friendly & does more good. We donated £85 (£106 +gift aid) to a host of interesting and unusual charities.
