One of the small pleasures of the post Xmas period and the start of the new year. Watching the Four Hills ski jumping competition. Ski Jumping isn't exactly a British thing to watch, but I enjoy it and the 4 hills. Going to one of the events is on my bucket list to sporting events.

I'll say this for Patrick Roy, pulling the goalie at 11 mins to go wasn't a bad idea against that Sabres team, it may not have worked, but a goal at that point, against that team could have swung the game. He looks foolish for doing it, had it sparked a comeback he'd a a genius others would follow

Just going to say that Connor McDavid's second goal last night was a thing of pure beauty. We know he can go North to South, East to West in a blink of an eye and score. We know he can skate through a team and score. That delay, that movement and the slide into the net though, was joyous

Typical #Oilers, manage to find defeat out of the jaws of victory, sloppy plays in the third led to the lead being lost and going behind. However, that hit by Reaves was out of order. Straight out of the Scott Stevens school of hits. No place in today's NHL for that.
