So there’s lots of CRAZY stuff going on, which makes seemingly CRAZY reports seem more plausible. It would be great if we all still take a breath and double-check to make sure things are real, so everyone can focus on the real stuff. I will now go and immediately not follow my own suggestion.

Now we’re cooking! Thank you for doing something, @schatz.bsky.social. www.wsj.com/politics/pol...

Really good to see. The Democrats are finally waking up.

So, Mexico has agreed to do what it is already doing? www.reuters.com/article/worl...

I'm not the least bit surprised Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum caused Trump to blink and delay his bone-headed tariffs for a least a month. Trump has always had problems with strong women who are far more intelligent than he is.

On 21 March 1933 Adolf Hitler was officially sworn in as chancellor of Germany. The same day he pardoned 8,000 Nazis, who had committed violent acts, starting with the failed Hitler coup on 8 November 1923. www.nytimes.com/2025/01/21/u...

voted for cheaper eggs. got more expensive insulin instead. awesome job, MAGA. welcome to the finding out part of fucking around

With pardons, January 6 offenders are now free to possess firearms and ammunition again. Their convictions would have made that a federal crime, but no more.

Q: “Why did you pardon a man who drove a stun gun into the neck of a police officer?” Trump deflects to murderers in LA who he says don’t get charged. (which is not true)

Epic courage here.

President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico responded point by point to President Trump’s executive orders on migration, trade and other issues, saying that Mexico would support its nationals in the U.S.

Yup :

Kevin O’Leary on Michelle Obama skipping Trump’s inauguration: “This tradition has gone on for over 100 years…You have to respect it. I don’t like what she’s doing here. I’m against it.”

TikTok CEO going to inauguration makes me doubt Trump's concerns about China

In case anyone still needs to hear it. 😳👇

Sad innit?!

Makes you want to drink like a fish

Pam Bondi disclosed owning more than $3.9 million in Truth Social stock in December, according to documents obtained by BI. www.businessinsider.com/pam-bondi-tr...

I BET DEI DID THIS

live your life in such a way that the entire world doesn't burst out laughing when your rocket blows up

EPIC! Reporter: “Who gets credit for this (Israel / Hamas ceasefire), you or Trump?" Joe Biden: "Is that a joke?"

Journalist Anas Al-Sharif removes his helmet and announces a ceasefire deal between Hamas and Israel. His voice steady as his fellow Palestinians lift him into the air in celebration. For 15 months, the Al-Jazeera correspondent has reported on the genocide of his people in Gaza.

President Biden makes his official announcement to the nation and world on the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. FINALLY! Thank you President Biden! 🙏

Biden just announced a historic ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. Inflation continues to go down. And Biden's job numbers are the best in our history. President Dopey is getting an amazing country in amazing shape. I give him a week to F everything up. But hey, we'll have Greenland.

It's admittedly very interesting how angry (white) people get whenever I saw that Black Lives, Palestinian lives, Asian lives, Muslim lives, Arab lives, Indigenous lives aren't worth less than mine. No life anywhere on this planet is worth less than mine. I'm not sure why that's so controversial.

YUP! YUP! YUP!

My forthcoming book has surpassed 5000 pre-orders, not including orders through independent bookshops. I am stunned that this is happening (I've learned 5000 pre-orders for an independent nonfiction book without big media support is rare. I know, humbling numbers compared to YouTube)
