Finishing up a quick trip to Mexico City. If you like gassy mineral water, this is absolutely one of the best - always kept several in the fridge when we were living here. Kinda hard to find in the States sometimes, but worth picking up a bottle if you see it.

Last lunch in Lockhart and we have a winner! Black's BBQ (other side of family feud). Brisket, turkey, original and 🌶️ sausage, and beef dino rib all subjectively better than last 2 days. Pork ribs a bit salty & needed 20 mins more. Beans and green beans 💯. Rice okay. #bbqmunity

Lunch #2 in Lockhart at Kreuz Market. Good flavor on beef short ribs, a little dry. Brisket perfect. Pork rib dry, maybe an end. Truly excellent regular and 🌶️ sausage. Excellent pork chop. There's a slice of shoulder clod under there that was excellent. Sauerkraut 👎. Green beans okay. #bbqmunity

In BBQ Mecca - Lockhart, TX - for a few days. 1st of 3 lunches. Terry Black’s. Turkey breast, sausage, pork ribs, brisket, Dino rib (sliced off the bone). All good to great except for the beans & corn. Ordered this much to try everything and taking leftovers home to vacuum pack. #bbqmunity

We made a few sourdough loaves over the holidays at a family member's house, but have always hesitated to try with the combo convection/microwave on our RV. Today was a forecasted snow day, so knowing we were going to stay in we gave it a try and it worked. Wife is very happy! #bbqmunity #rvlife
