Today is Nice day (USA).

Man i gotta tell ya, unlearning behaviors instilled in me by my parents during my childhood is rough. I am a 36 YO adult. I still approach every meal with the "I'm poor, I need to eat everything on my plate" mentality i had when I was 10. "When you're done you're done" I tell my kid but not myself.

189.0 Time to run 2 miles and regret every decision leading up to me running 2 miles.

188.2 today, the lightest I've been during the journey which isn't much since I started at 193.6 but still. Dipping under 189 (finally) makes the running all worthwhile even if it is literally the worst 20-25 minutes of my day.

Me and the dude just planted our first garden together. Here is Kenobi looking quite pleased with our efforts.

Forgot to do my weight recording the last couple days on here but I've got it all on my Google drive. Today 189.2, ran almost a mile with my best bud (my corgi) since he needs a little exercise too.

189.8 My body is sore from doing a two mile run yesterday. Extra rest today. 36 suuuuuucks.

Oof. 190.6 time to go do a 2 mile run.

Daily weigh in at 190.2 I know weight fluctuates but dang, I was really grooving with the 180s. Trying to incorporate 2 mile runs more often so hopefully this will help me shed some lbs.
