Maybe a Bad Opinion, but with Trump promising to use the law for personal revenge and choosing evil loyalists to deliver that "justice," I think Biden's right to pardon Hunter. But now he must pardon/commute a shitload of non-Bidens, particularly low-level drug offenders. Last chance many will have.
