Impromptu half this morning after bumbling into a free entry. Went out hard and… kept it up. I so rarely try for fast that it was fun to see what I could do. Took a break at 7 for food and electrolytes, then muddled along to 10 before I got back at it. Quite pleased. #running #runchat
