Just spent three hours wondering why our build machine wouldn't import/register a certificate. It was because the file extension was .pem instead of .crt! That's a rough one to swallow tbh. Exact same file content! Skill issue'd I guess.

Today, new Outlook refused to show me the contents of a text file I had emailed to someone else 5 minutes prior. Invalid file, try again later, etc. Switched back to old Outlook - text file displays & loads instantly. I am so ashamed of my profession sometimes
