I got talking to a colleague about using an AI/Microsoft Copilot. I tested it on a Bette Davis PhD study which I did think was impressive. I've just asked it to provide me with 1980s British TV that critiqued Thatcherism - and my 2015 dissertation I uploaded onto Academia was featured! Eye opening.

Haven't had a dizzy spell for 3 weeks, and they started to come back on Sunday afternoon when I had a bath. I've had them on/off since November, they go away for a few weeks and then come back. Feels like the room is spinning.
