My GERD acted up at work and I took tums thinking it was an indigestion and it made my stomach cramp up so badly 😭 so I’m like NOPE this is GERD…and when I tried to get Pepcid I realized I had it in my other bag 😭 I suffered all the way until I got home huhu. Popped Pepcid and fell asleep for 2 hrs

Been socializing a lot this month and now I’m feeling anti social 🤣 I’m an introvert by default but with social settings once I’m not shy anymore I’m extroverted (my ptsd therapist said there’s a spectrum for intro and extro and I’m in the middle. How you react to social interactions can dictate it)

The moment I drank the chai 😭 I tasted sumfin off and also viscosity was thicker…I always order it with oatmilk and I did this time too. But with how my tummy is reacting…that was definitely regular milk. I should have listened to my gut feelin 😭

Just started playing backpack hero 2 days ago and it says I have 17 hrs already 😭 I be staying up til 4 am coz of it huhu
