Haha my family gets tired of me taking the extended tour through each history museum or art museum. When I can hopefully take my pension in a few years, I’m planning some European trips to visit all the museums I missed so far.

We only had her for a few months to a year but we still miss her (and each and every one of our cats that has moved on): pipette was a lovely wild cat that we tamed fairly easely and loooved hugs. She got sick while we were on vacation and it broke our hearts that we could not help her in time.

For those not in the know, adding &udm=14 to the end of your Google search url will get rid of all the tacked-on AI bullshit *completely*.
You can even modify your search engine settings in your browser so the extra URL argument is automatically added by default.

Reminds me of a bank that had its ATMs connected to the same windows network as HQ. A guy there did a ‘net send * message’ instead of to just a friend it got shown on all the ATM’s-except there was no way to press ‘enter’. We had to manually go to each ATM to press ‘enter’ to dismiss the message…

You can choose your level of difficulty at the start of a new game. I chose the regular gamer one, and there is definitely a learning curve!

Yeah - I saved up for it for a while before buying it. Saving for something helps me to decide if I actually still want it or not by the time I’m buying it. Quite happy with it.

NOW we know that. Then everything was still fairly newish. The usual response then was - by then there will be a new program out. I actually got laughed at in programming class when I used the correct 4 digits for the year (1990), with that standard response.
