If anyone else is reading Fourth Wing and thinks Heaton might have been an afterthought, I'd bet you're in good company 😅

dare to b the one who gets things from a to c

Getting ahead of any calls that people are fine with losing any matches, but the reality is it would be far more devastating to lose this title charge compared to being knocked out of Europe.

Nice try, snowflakes.

I've noticed Southwest gate agents have started the "boarding" well before they even start lining people up or checking passes. I suspect there's some BS internal metric they're trying to circumvent by making it look like they're starting the process earlier than they are.

This is a brutal draw. I'm apprehensive about how this could affect our league campaign, but also recognize that if we somehow manage to win one or both of the league and UCL, no one can realistically say we had an easy go of it. I'd rather have the easiest path and let the haters seethe. Ah well 🤷

Here in Illinois, ten years ago we saw the consequences of a rampant ideological gutting of government. It genuinely harmed people. Our citizens hated it. Trust me – I was elected based in part on just how much they hated it.

if anyone says the phrase "run the government like a business" within earshot ever again I am going to turn into the Joker

Benfica 🤞

NEW: Wataru Endo “happy to be a part of this club” – ‘I’ll play anywhere for Liverpool’ #lfc

I've heard commentators say that Liverpool haven't had any injuries this season and then quickly mention that Alisson was out for a while, but looking it up, I see 10 first-team players have missed 3 or more premier league matches through injury.

We have our fair share of deluded fans, I guess, but it's hard to beat Newcastle supporters talking about the "cartel" or Arsenal supporters pretending their injury crisis is of world-historical import

I've watched a lot of Liverpool supporters lose their head over Michael Oliver. I don't think the goodison derby officiating was notably worse than the average premier league match tbh. Low bar, but that's kind of the point.

Ok, now go for 500
