I've noticed Southwest gate agents have started the "boarding" well before they even start lining people up or checking passes. I suspect there's some BS internal metric they're trying to circumvent by making it look like they're starting the process earlier than they are.

This is a brutal draw. I'm apprehensive about how this could affect our league campaign, but also recognize that if we somehow manage to win one or both of the league and UCL, no one can realistically say we had an easy go of it.
