I go into problem solving mode when I get irked by a circumstance. It’s a very critical thought process and that’s ok as long as I’m constructive. But I’m trying to modify that behavior so I pause & see if I need to fix the situ or if the universe will sort it out in due course. It’s 50/50 so far.

Very poor timing for proofing my bread means I’ll be up for another 2-2.5 hours. It only takes about 90 minutes to develop and dry a roll so here we are. It’s 11:44 P.M., I’m going to load the reel, mix the C41 chem and get after it. Check back around 1 🙃 #photography #filmphotography

Does anybody else keep their starter in similarly modest containers? I bought nicer glass jars for them but both my starters stay in deli containers 95% of the time. I’m real basic with many facets of my bread baking except the end result. #sourdough
