Why do no-knock, no-warrant raids & other 4A violations alarm me so? In March 2018, San Antonio PD Sgt. Paul A. Hammond, acting on a false tip, broke down my door. He didn't have a warrant or exigent need and didn't knock or announce himself. We're both extremely lucky he was the only one armed. 🏰
