Getting Started

Big milestone for Project Jupyter 🚨: Jupyter has finalized the creation of the Jupyter Foundation, hosted by @linuxfoundation.org. www.linuxfoundation.org/press/linux-...

Download our database of 492 (!) funding opportunities for EARLY-CAREER FACULTY AND RESEARCHERS. For each entry, we provide link to funder, description, amount, deadline, and eligibility criteria (e.g. citizenship). Download freely here: research.jhu.edu/rdt/funding-...

We were actually "unknown" for it, but for years @neuroshea.bsky.social and I ran the bsdneuro account, which now rests in a grave befitting Bob (and his cortex).

I have created this with a few of us listed but I know there are more of us on Bluesky: contact me if you wish to be added! 😊 go.bsky.app/CLzeYDN

Here's a starter pack for people interested in the cognitive science and neuroscience of language. With all the new Bluesky arrivals, I'm sure I'm missing people—please let me know and I'll add! go.bsky.app/6iumPee

I feel that the auditory research community has either not arrived here yet or is not very well connected. Please let me know who to add to this starter pack and self-nominate. 🧪 go.bsky.app/2V3D2mu

Hi all! I’m a neuroscientist and I’m generally interested in how the brain processes speech and language, how we pay attention in noisy environments, and how we understand the sonic world around us! You can read about our lab and what we do here: slhs.utexas.edu/research/ham....

At the final SfN poster session Aditya Vaidya will present some new work he’s doing w/ me & @libertysays.bsky.social. It sounds a little nuts, but we’re using in silico experiments on fMRI models to replicate effects that really should only work in ECoG. Poster DD15 Wed PM.
