I think using the plagiarising pollution machine for, say, lesson planning or email writing because it's convenient and saves time, should be treated the same way as just dumping all of your rubbish into the street because it's quicker than having to use a bin.

2024 was a year of realising I've been living with undiagnosed ADHD my whole life, prising myself free of anti-depressants, 8 weeks total signed off, a couple of phased returns (bleeding into Jan 2025). It's been really rough but hopefully things will be clearer going forwards. Baby steps!
