Sphynx's favorite thing is shower time. When Tim gets in the shower, he comes in and drinks the running water. We have no clue why. He has 2 fountains and 5 water bowls. Tim went in the bathroom to shave, which means shower time. But Tim came back out of the bathroom. Sphynx LOST HIS MIND.

This was Nyx the day I brought her home. Was only going to get 1 cat, for Tim, came home with 2. She had been at the shelter "too long" and was coming up on her end date. No one wanted her. I didn't want a cat but I don't regret her.

Reminding me that MY heated blanket is not actually mine. He's safe. It's on the lowest possible setting and my paranoid ass always checks to make sure even that setting doesn't get to warm because I read somewhere that cats will slowly cook themselves and now I can't trust his judgment.

I went to take a nap on lunch and it's cold. Nyx does NOT do cold. She curls up, gets comfy under the lankets with me. Tim's never seen her do that, I'm used to it. All he saw was 2 little paws coming out from under the blanket and just geeeeeeently stroking my cheeks and mouth. Fkn weirdo.
