Day going well. Croissant consumed, started a new coloured pencil drawing, watched the birds and heard my first Thrush of the year. Planted out my winter pansies and noticed that my Daphne is just coming into flower. Smells divine.

MrLnS back on Monday so I'm going to have a Wellbeing Weekend that's all about me. Today there will be croissants and art and gardening, a cream cake and rugby, fairy lights, daffodils and a nice glass of wine.

I have drafted an email to Job1 letting them know what my hourly rate at Job2 will increase to in April. I have no expectation Job1 will match it, but is it reasonable that I tell them? They currently pay the same.

My SiL is staying the night. He's an introvert, I'm an introvert. We just sit here in companionable silence and pass the odd comment every half hour or so. We have a very understanding relationship.

So much for an afternoon 'off'. Scrubbed the bathrooms, did two loads of washing, made up the guest bed, cleaned the lounge carpet, visited Mum for a cuppa, and made bread rolls and dinner. Pooped now.

Well, Jnr4 did a great job. Vegan Aubergine Ragu with Almesan. I'd not had nutritional yeast before. Very tasty. The cat was as unimpressed as a carnivore could be.
