At the moment, I don't care about 2028. Show me Democrats who will lead us effectively through the rest of 2025, and I'll be open to talking about 2028.

I’m sorry, but I have a question. I don’t get on truth social is that the name of it? As you can see, I don’t even know the name of it, but are there people on there that are pushing back at what the orange one has to say?

My husband passed in December 2024. He was a veteran. I was told that his certificate would be signed by Biden. I was very happy and so would he have been. But when I received it guess whose signature was on it. I told him I was so very sorry and I wanted to tear the damn thing up.

This is probably the most accurate take.

Seriously, creative folks: Don't be afraid to let people know your stuff is out there for them, or worry that "now is not the time for that." People are stressed and freaked out and looking for the things that will give them a moment of rest and joy. It is EXACTLY the time for what we do. Tell them.

I encourage every artist and production to boycott the Kennedy Center moving forward. I know it's hard. I know art doesn't pay most artists well. I would never shame an artist or production for choosing to perform there. But I ask you to consider the powerful message it would send if you didn't.

🚨 🚨 🚨 HOMEWORK 🚨 🚨 🚨 The email address for federal workers to inform on their colleagues is [email protected]. Would be a real shame if folks flooded that inbox, rendering it useless.

Brilliant.

"For almost eight years, 'Democracy Dies in Darkness' has been the slogan of the Post... As the lights there continue to go out at an alarming rate, we’ll see how long it takes Mr. Bezos to kill the motto, too." charlotteclymer.substack.com/p/democracy-...

Remember, when Harry S. Truman gave the orders to drop the bombs that ended the war, killing a quarter of a million people, there was no Congressional vote: Truman did not seek a formal vote from Congress before dropping the bombs. He just did it. Note to Biden: A President can do almost anything

My heart goes out to all the people in Los Angeles.
