My children, when little, always looked like angels when they were sleeping no matter what rascals they'd been during the day. As the latest bite on my leg heals I can say the same applies to this boy Ruby.

Last year a lovely woman picked up a surplus letterbox I'd put on the kerb. A week later she arrived at my door with a bag of carrots. She told me "I was going to make a carrot cake but some people don't eat cake". 🤣🤣 For future reference I do eat cake and carrot is my favourite.

If you need sewing machine or overlocker repairs or accessories, etc., Sewingtime in Sydenham is the best. I always go there. Today they found some needles (discontinued 40 yrs ago) for my ancient overlocker. They'd been in a drawer for that long. He gave me (free) enough to see me out!

Does anyone know why milk price has gone up such a lot recently? Is it just following cheese and butter? Big price difference on these at p and s Wainoni.
