It doesn’t matter how early I go to sleep, if I wake up before 7am, I’m tired for the rest of the day. Last night I slept from 10:30p-6:30a and I’m toast now. If I sleep from 12a-7:30a, I feel rested all day. Make it make sense. #notanearlyriser
