An important topic to consider, hospital -acquired deconditioning.

Study examined utility of FEES for evaluating functional & anatomical abnormalities, secretions, penetration/aspiration, & residue in NICU infants. Most (85.5%) showed abnormal FEES findings, with 1/3 having aspiration & anatomical abnormalities. on.asha.org/3E65WEc @sigperspectives.bsky.social
