Here’s a very simple thing you can do to get people out of an information distortion field: help someone get set up on Bluesky. Sit with them, help them through the process *in person*, show them features, suggest good accounts to follow, put out a call for followers for them on your own account.

One of my co-authors with living experience of ABI, Stephen (known as Scoop), said when I told him this had been published: "We are now all international authors and no one can take that away from us" 🙌🙌 Giving people a platform to share their voice rather than speaking for them is the way forward.
