Squatting 204 lbs/92.5 kg for the first time let’s goooooooo. I had to push myself, but it wasn’t that bad. Gonna work a bit more before I try a new PR tho. I want to squat 100 kg it’s my goal.

Because the Lipan do not have a reservation (since my ancestors refused to leave our homeland in TX during the Federal Indian removal years), my grandmother had to worry about being separated from her family and deported to a country that wasn’t her home.

Reminder that my Indigenous (Lipan Apache) grandmother was not considered a citizen until later in life. If we hadn’t found her baptismal record, we’d have no evidence of her birth in Texas.
