Today's #ADHDtax - forgot i had a webinar at 8, needed v shopping, sprinted b to lidl, round lidl, threw shopping into car, returned trolley, came back home - and realised I left my unused extra shopping bags on the trolley. Free bags for someone there. Dammit.

Was having an absolutely fine day until nearly home, driving on the dual carriageway - and suddenly there was a car heading towards me, in my lane, driving on the wrong carriageway. Got myself safely to next layby and pulled off to call police, but they can't find her :(

Day 1 of #ADHD med titration. Aware it could be placebo affect, so making some notes for future comparison. My mind is calm. Not empty, not completely quiet, but not chaos. I thought about cleaning the bathroom. Then I cleaned the bathroom. Iykyk. Can easily see I might forget to eat....

I don't personally think we should give small accounts a terribly hard time about including alt text to make their images accessible: you should be doing it if you can, ask for help if you can't. Organisations with hundreds of thousands of followers not bothering with alt text for images of text?☠️
