Getting Started

I'm planning to join the one-day warning action, buying nothing on Friday, February 28th. The oligarchy can't force anyone to consume. It is vulnerable to mass action. They need the compliant masses to do the most basic tasks and buy their stuff. Send a message on the 28th: compliance ends now.

Paying tariffs on even small mail-order purchases or gifts from outside the US used to be a big hassle for recipients and the post office or other carriers -- much improved by eliminating the requirement for items under $800. Look what Trump has done now to make life miserable!

A year ago, Elon Musk and others were raging over the FAA's promotion of hiring people with disabilities FOR JOBS THEY WERE QUALIFIED TO DO. These same cost-cutters are pushing to force Medicaid recipients to just get a job. Helping qualified applicants past hiring barriers is good policy.
