lol it isss!!! I’d like to think 2000s pop anthems influence a lot of my writing and she has some similarities to Britney and the breakdown she went through and issues with the press!

Thank you! wow I'm having trouble even fitting my two-sentence pitch in a post, nevermind my first few lines!

I searched #agentsguide and it seems like writers are adding it to their pitches - I'm sorry I don't understand! Are you able to explain? Also can we use additional hashtags for things like tropes?

Is this like the old pitch events on twitter where if an agent hearts/likes our post, it means they want us to query them?

I think what adults are looking for are faster paced, easy to read or lower stakes books, but then the problem is they want adult themes, which is def creepy. There's a reason YA is closed door! That's why there needs to be a space for NA so YA can stay for teens.

ACOTAR was originally published as a YA beauty and the beast retelling, then years later when it gained popularity and the series got more adult, they rebranded it, changed all the covers and reshelved it as NA/adult. It's no longer considered YA.
