My son said to me “Thanks for today. It was really fun” and all we’d done is walk to the orthodontist and back in the sun, stopped for coffee then I walked him to school. He’s such a sweetheart ❤️ He just liked walking and talking with me 🥺

I was telling my personal trainer today that I don’t want to live with a man because I don’t want to do his laundry and he laughed and I said who does your laundry? and he said my wife and I said there you go

I’m finally seeing Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy tonight at Everyman Cinema ☺️

God people on LinkedIn are insufferable. I can’t believe people use it when they’re not job searching. Some of the posts are literally insane. There’s a guy who wrote a post about sending his daughter to boarding school and tried to pitch it as a heartwarming story wtf

Accidentally said “Millie Bobbly Brown” to the kids. I fear she will be called this FOREVER

My friend took me to see Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story at the beautiful Dolby Screening Room in Soho tonight. It’s a very good documentary, but it’s absolutely heartbreaking 💔 I spent the whole film fighting back tears 😢

I’m back at @princecharlescinema.com today to see City of God. I’ve never seen it before and it’s been on my list for a while, so I’m glad I have the chance to see it on the big screen. The PCC always comes through!

I had an incredible night at the London Critics’ Circle Film Awards! 🤩 I chatted with so many amazing people including Jesse Eisenberg and Colman Domingo and somehow ended up sitting next to Robert Eggers. What a life! ❤️

I’m spending the afternoon at Curzon Soho watching A Real Pain with a Q&A with Jesse Eisenberg 🤩

I’m spending tonight at Everyman Cinema for a Soundtracking event for Emilia Pérez with Edith Bowman and the director, cast and composers. I’m interested to see what I think of the film. Haven’t actually seen it yet!

I love live music and I don’t know what’s happening but 3 of my favourite artists/bands released tickets this week! And I got them! Lord Huron, Gregory Alan Isakov and Dinosaur Jr ❤️ Lucky me. I already have 10 gigs lined up this year! Here’s one of my fave happy music pics at a festival ☺️

Narrator: Liz did not in fact see Better Man. She watched 25 minutes of ads and trailers and the film was about to start when she was told there were technical problems and it was cancelled. Nice work Vue!

I’m finally seeing Better Man today 😊

More of this please ☀️☀️

Nickel Boys absolutely devastated me. I had to sit in the cinema and cry it out during the credits. Then I had another cry when I got home 😢 It’s unusual with the POV style and admittedly took me a while to get used to it, but the story works its way into you and is crushing 💔

It’s time for my third cinema film of the day, Nickel Boys at Everyman Cinema

My second cinema film today is All We Imagine As Light at Curzon Bloomsbury. I hope I enjoy this as I’ve heard good things.

First up for today’s cinema is La Haine. I’ve wanted to see this for ages but I’ve been waiting to see it at the cinema. And of course @princecharlescinema.com has come through and in 4K! #SaveThePCC ❤️

I’m doing my own cinema triple bill today, because I’m unemployed and I can! And cinema is the one thing keeping me sane and happy right now 😊 Three favourite cinemas and three quite different films, although I probably should have gone for a more lighthearted collection!

Please sign the petition! We can’t lose @princecharlescinema.com 😢

I’m really excited to be seeing The Wild Robot again at Picturehouse Central with a Q&A with director Chris Sanders and Mark Hamill! 🤩

The move towards third party websites and form filling to apply for jobs is so annoying! It takes ages and often the data input is so arbitrary. I couldn’t get one to submit because I started uni in January in Australia not September (UK standard) so I had to make it up!

I failed to see A Complete Unknown last week because I wasn’t feeling well that day, so I’m finally seeing it tonight at Everyman Cinema 😊 Looking forward to this.

HMRC can chase me as much as they like, I have no intention of paying my tax any earlier than I have to Me on 31st January:

This is like watching The Hunger Games live
