LJMU is involved in an £8m UK-wide Doctoral Training Centre & will lead a £2.5 million project funded by UKRI called Maritime & Last Mile Net Zero which brings together LCR CA, Sefton, Wirral, and Knowsley Councils, LCR Freeport, UoL & Queen's University Belfast. www.ljmu.ac.uk/about-us/new...

We were having fits last night because we initially thought there was something funny going on when our total jumped up by a massive amount. But it turned out it was just a generous grant from Creative Scotland being added to the Kickstarter! Which is amazing.

The BioCon Team have been busy recently! One example is one of our fantastic conservation ecologists, Dr Sarah Dalrymple, hosted an important meeting of the Gov's "England Species Reintroduction Taskforce", of which she is a key member, to dicuss all things #translocations for nature recovery.
