The 18-mile creek superfund cleanup is well underway. This appears to be the next big step. It is my understanding creek will be drained so that it can be remediated. Water will be diverted around this area so that the wastewater treatment facility further down stream can remain operational.

Market Street Hill is the notorious finish of the Lockport10. This past summer @wahi_studio Jessica Tomanio & her team updated the mural on this retaining wall along Market Street Hill. I hoped there would be a nod to this iconic race. A perfectly timed car almost ruined the shot.
