Boddam Library in Aberdeenshire closes next Thursday, as public anger grows. SNP councillor Stephen Smith told me this afternooon he asked for an impact assessment report and has been told he’ll get it next Wednesday - the day before the library shuts. It’s so stupid and short-sighted!

6am: Up to get painkillers and found Clay waiting outside in the dark. Took three pouches of F***x out in case the other two were lurking as well. It's cold. Went back to bed, then realised I'd forgotten to do anything about p'killers. Got up again. Now I have to wait while they dissolve. 🙄
