#DeathBattle quick thoughts 27: Tanjiro vs Jonathan There's a lot of good, and a lot of bad herr, but I think the good parts solidly outweigh them. It's very characterful, and I appreciate that. And even if the ending is... odd, I do like what they went for, even if other eps did it better later.

#DeathBattle quick thoughts 25: Wario vs Dedede God, this is one of the funniest and most charming things this channel has put out. There's so much character and small details put into this one, to the point where it almost feels like a proper modern episode. Shame it doesn't get talked about much.

#DeathBattle quick thoughts 24: Obi-Wan vs Kakashi Questionable writing choices aside, I still really like this one! The animation holds up very well, especially the lightning and special effects. The genjutsu scene will forever be stuck in my head. Definitely has more issues looking back now tho.

#DeathBattle quick thoughts 23: Captain Marvel vs Shazam I always forget how much I like this one. There isn't much to it, but what's there is pretty fun! Obviously, Shazam kinda carries the fight, but I get a lot of enjoyment out of it regardless. Shame that it sort of blends in with other S6 eps.
