For all his whining that a President can't be bogged down with litigation while fulfilling his duties, the Felon sure seems to have a whole lot of lawsuits being filed in a personal capacity. So either he's neglecting his duties or using the office to bully opponents. Either should be impeachable.

I want to be sure you MeidasMeity understand that Biden's statement does *NOT* make this the 28th Amendment. It still has *NOT* been officially ratified & is *NOT* part of the Constitution. The OLC & NARA could not legally enforce the ratification because the deadline set in the ERA passed yrs ago
