I have reached the point in my day where I simply can’t. I went from having nothing much to do to three out of routine emails and I just cannot at this moment parse where or how to start on any of them so I’m just paralyzed at my desk trying not to cry and *this* is actual executive dysfunction

I organized the cabinet under my sink and I’m so proud. I forgot to take a before photo but if you have or know someone with ADHD you can probably guess. The little white baskets are drawers so you can reach the shit in the back (and maybe I won’t accidentally buy duplicates so much 🤞🏻)

I blame dystopian fiction for the expectations I am seeing. Ironically, those books largely come after 50 years (or more) for a reason. You think the revolution is immediate because that's when you're brought into the story. But if the fall took decades, the revolution also took decades.
