I started playing some MTG (Commander) recently after not playing for over a year, and I finally realized that if I don't take MTG seriously, the game is great! As a competitive game I think there are better TCGs to play at a high level, but MTG is pretty great when played casually.

I don't know how the logistics would work, but I wish LGSes could host up to 2 #fabtcg Armories a week only if they're different formats. That way, stores can branch out into less popular formats like Limited/Living Legend, rather than default to popular formats for LSS Armory numbers + support 🙏

The graphic at the end... It says "Tournament Legal as of June 6th, 2025". Mastery Pack: Guardian, which hinted at Valda in the first place, doesn't release until August 2025. Does this mean Valda is in a Blaze situation (promo hero exclusive) for the 2 months between June and August? 🤔

A #fabtcg friend asked me earlier something along the lines of: would you rather play in a Skirmish or an Armory? Good question! If you can only go to one, would you rather play in Skirmish Season 11, or an Armory? (Assume Skirmish price of entry & LL/Blitz formats vs Your usual Armory)

I think the rate at which #fabtcg releases Armory Decks is too slow for what it needs to be for onboarding new players. In MTG, Commander has thousands of options, but a new player picks 1 out of 25 precons at their LGS and is usually happy. I wish new FaB players had easy options like this 😔

Double #fabtcg #armoryrecap header: played Fang in 2 Armories 🫡 Armory 1: (3-1) Huntsman W | Boltyn W | Azalea W | Nuu L Armory 2: (3-1) Ira L | Boltyn W | Jarl W | Boltyn W Fang is easily the best Valiant Dynamo deck currently. Blocking 3 cards + Dynamo -> 1 card 5 damage + Dynamo feels great 😂

If only one hero LLs off this RTN season I will be severely disappointed 1 is better than 0 ofc but I'd much rather have a slightly more aggressive rotation system than a slightly more passive one, especially at the rate which we are releasing heroes atm (Gonna be like 6 in the next 6 months?)

Been trying to make a budget Fang list work, but it's really tough. Powered Fang's biggest strength is that he can use a single card to go 4 into 1, and if he has the $150 Valiant Dynamo, he basically gets a 1 card 6 value turn if he has to block down. $150 is too expensive for a reasonable budget 😔

I think there are some new players who are too scared to pick up the new heroes if they gain points too fast, and with dominating heroes that feel like they stay forever. Could a change that gives more points to old heroes and/or less points to heroes from the latest set at Tier 2 events be viable?
