After watching a show on Tastemade, I can say I wouldn't make it in Jakarta. A lady wears gloves to make noodles, but touches them with her bare hands to make the dish. Another dude is makes shaved ice, but the ice shaver has rusty nails sticking out of the bottom and the ice moves over them.
