the Bluesky alt of my Twitter account. I do like and follow...er...weird stuff, so fair warning if you don't wanna see that, but I otherwise really like video games too.
some of the stuff I engage with is 18+, but I don't really post it myself.

idek how A.I. would be able to dream your artstyle up in the first place, let alone what you actually draw
this shit's too cool...and weird...but mostly cool

these are all scarily realistic to the kinds of worries I'd have as an immortal tbh, apart from the other bigger ones

I had someone in a YouTube comment section say indie games are a niche.
my soul has been writhing in pain since that day.

most bots in games intended to be online multiplayer have very little variety, usually opting just for default everything, and that makes the singleplayer boring. but then I go online and you get toxic people and trolls, and at that point I just walk away annoyed. I want legit decent private options

I realized I should've been more specific after I posted (I wish I could edit posts).
I want a shooter game that has some high-quality bots so I can hop into quick matches with them instead of having to play a campaign, or deal with subpar bots that are either too stupid or too good.

Sometimes I really want a single player game that plays like a multiplayer one without the predatory grindset/micro transactions, so I can enjoy the gameplay mechanics of multiplayer games without actually having to deal with people online.
if anything like that already exists, TELL ME.

I can't look at classic Rollercoaster Tycoon without thinking of that one Vinesauce Joel video where he makes a bunch of stupid rides by mishmashing the ride vehicle types

the one thing all four of these have in common is that they're all significantly better when implemented super subtly. even just a tad more noticeable is a tad too much.
I had to immediately disable Motion Blur in Ghostwire: Tokyo because of how annoying and disorienting it was...

as much as I'd also love to suggest a PvZ2 plant (Caulipower or Draftodil for me personally), I'm pretty sure they're referring to just the fusions from the fusion mod.
if you look up "PvZ Fusion [plant name]", you can easily find shorts showing off the combos if you don't know the mod.

ahh, cool! just making sure the left one wasn't already a Hypno fusion (I really like the Hypno plants).
I looked up what both of them are fusions are, I was honestly expecting the right one to be another Cherry variant, Magnet Shroom + Magnet Cactus was unexpected.

PvZ is my liiiife
I don't play Fusion, though, so I don't know every single combo...that said, Hypno Fume Shroom would be dope, I love Hypno Shroom's color scheme!
...also, what are the plants on the left and right?

respectfully, I feel like phrasing the question super generally and all-encompassing just...doesn't really work. there's such a HUGE wide variety of games, as well as each person's own familiarity and skill in each unique genre, that the unspecific question doesn't really have a definitive answer.

when I customize a character, I customize it for me, so it sucks to be only in first person in a game with skins.
on the other hand, sometimes it's easier to aim in first person, sometimes it isn't. but generally, third person is more enjoyable, and gives me more spatial awareness.

thank God I don't play Overwatch, that would piss me off to hell and back if the entire enemy team we spent half an hour struggling with suddenly all came back to life on the spot with zero penalty

I don't care if a fucking Shiba Inu wins and they turn everything into Silent Hill, I just want the prices to drop and to stop seeing constant politics from a country I don't even live in

ok, I'll admit, Granny Smith is good.
but I've been turned off from really tart apples since the McIntoshes we used to have in school. those things were almost sour and they did not taste good at all.

I'm honestly impressed by how decently specific the filters are in the settings. it never occurred to me that two separate filters specifying regular adult content and artistic nudity would be needed, but it's a nice touch (even when I'm going to leave both disabled anyway).
comment in response to

and here I was thinking I was gonna sound insane if I described why
it would be slightly better if the toast had peanut butter so you could put your apple slices on it...although you could also get an extremely tart apple variant like McIntosh or Granny Smith and make it worse

if anything, the best way to describe gaming as an art form is that it's made up of several art forms that bear one larger fruit of labor. each facet takes similar amounts of passion and artistic vision to come together nicely, and it really shows in the end product.
